It’s natural to have concerns about teaching and breaking into the ESL job market for the first time. I felt these 20 years ago, when I first started. Yet I found that it was much easier to teach well and find ESL jobs than I originally thought.
Over the years I have gone from one exciting teaching opportunity to another, across three continents, and found work in good schools within days. I’m not alone in this; everyone on our training team has had similar experiences.
Genuinely caring for the well being and progress of students, from a confident and empowered mindset, is the hallmark of a great teacher. Ironically, not being overly concerned about what students think of you as a teacher, and rather, focusing your mind on being able to deliver great lessons is the key to success.
The ESL job market is one of the few that you can break into without having had any previous experience. Trends such as globalization and business restructuring have had a major impact on the demand for English teaching. The number of language schools and teaching positions in them has grown considerably, leaving school owners clamoring to find good teachers. There has never been a better time to enter the ESL job market.

Our mission is to train our graduates to become excellent ESL teachers. We aim that our graduates develop their ability to communicate well with their students, while being culturally sensitive. We believe that great teachers are aware of their student needs as well as how their teaching approach affects the classroom environment and learning.
Our objective is to help our graduates gain a rewarding, worthwhile, life changing experience overseas. Our goal is to empower people with knowledge, tools and skills, and encourage as much confidence as possible. We strive to assist our graduates to make the best out of their career in ESL and obtain their goals in the English teaching job market.
Our training philosophy models the language, culture and coaching skills that make up excellent ESL teachers. Great ESL teaching combines language instruction, cultural sensitivity and good communication skills. Coaching ESL students by providing encouragement, praise and feedback is central to good teaching.
